Experience with Tawzea Emirates ID Delivery Services in 2025
Shamim Yusuf, General Manager of Al Nahda Business Centre, announced that ID cards can now be home-delivered through the free Tawzea service. This new option means residents no longer need to visit the post office to collect their cards.
In this article, I will share with you the experience of my friend Ahmad with Tawzea Emirates ID tracking & delivery services.
My friend Ahmad had a great experience getting his Emirates ID through Tawzea, and he shared his quick timeline to encourage others who are hoping for a fast process.
He arrived in the UAE on October 25 and applied for his Emirates ID on the same day. On October 28, he went to Amer 24/7 for his regular PCR test. After a few hours of waiting, he received his PCR test results.
On the morning of October 30, he completed his biometrics. For more information on biometric centers, you can read my detailed guide on it. On the same day (October 30), he also completed his urgent visa stamping. Before the end of office hours, his Emirates ID was printed.
On December 1, he received a notification from Tawzea that his Emirates ID was ready for delivery. Ahmad texted Tawzea on WhatsApp (+97125010102) on National Day and received a response within 30 minutes. They scheduled the delivery for December 3 (Saturday).
On Saturday morning, the Tawzea delivery person called to confirm his location. Since Ahmad was moving around the city, they decided it would be best for him to pick up the ID from the Happiness Center. Although the center was closed until Monday, he was able to meet an employee at the back of the warehouse to collect his ID.
