Updating your Emirates ID with DU through their website is a simple process. Here’s how you can do it:
Click on ‘Update ID’ located on the top-right navigation bar of the DU website.
If you don’t have an account, you’ll need to register to create a new one. If you already have an account, enter your login details.
Once logged in, you’ll see all the numbers associated with your account. Select the number you want to update your Emirates ID for and you’ll receive a verification code.
Enter the verification code and upload a copy of your Emirates ID.
Confirm your Emirates ID details and select your number again.
Agree to the terms and conditions and click on ‘submit.’
After completing these steps, you will receive a reference number confirming your Emirates ID update.
Update Emirates ID With DU App Using UAE Pass
Here’s easy steps to update your Emirates ID with the DU app using UAE Pass:
Make sure you have the UAE Pass app and the DU app installed on your phone.
Open the UAE Pass app and ensure all your documents are ready by clicking on “Add Documents.”
Select “Emirates ID Card” and confirm your consent.
Exit the UAE Pass app and log in to the DU app.
From the central menu, choose “Update ID” and select the number(s) you want to update.
Click on “Continue with UAE PASS” button.
Confirm the DU app authentication request on the UAE PASS app.
If you need to update your Emirates ID for Du services without using the UAE PASS, you can do so by visiting a Du customer service centre. Simply locate the nearest Du Express Store and go there to request the mobile registration renewal service.
