- You’ll be presented with an ADCB Emirate ID Update Form to fill out.
- Choose your customer ID or debit/credit card number.
- Enter you CID number if your choose CID option.
- Enter your registered cell phone number, the same one used to open your ADCB bank account.
- Complete the security captcha.
- Agree to the terms and conditions, then click “Submit.”

- Expect a verification SMS on your registered cell phone number.
- Enter the OTP code to verify your identity.
- You’ll be prompted to choose which document you want to update, either your Emirates ID or passport. Opt for the Emirates ID option if that’s what you’re updating.
- Provide your Emirates ID number and its expiry date.
- Upload clear pictures of both the front and back sides of your Emirates ID card. Ensure each file is not larger than 2 MB.
- Review the uploaded pictures to ensure clarity, then click “Confirm” to proceed.
- Now, enter your passport number, expiry date, and date of birth. Upload a clear picture of your passport and confirm the upload.
- Once both your Emirates ID and passport pictures are successfully uploaded, you’ll receive a notification confirming the update.
Method 02: Update Emirate ID in ADCB Mobile App

- Launch the ADCB Bank application on your phone. Look for the “Update” option, which should be clearly visible on the main screen. Tap on this option.

- After tapping the update option, you will receive an SMS with a one-time password (OTP). Enter this OTP in the required field within the app to verify your identity.
- If your passport has expired, you’ll need to update its information.

- Enter the new expiration date of your passport.
- Enter your date of birth.
- Upload a picture of your passport. You can take a new picture with your phone or upload an existing one from your gallery.
- Agree to the terms and conditions, then submit your application.

- Find the nearest ADCB bank ATM machine. You can easily locate one nearby.
- Once you’re at the ATM, insert your ADCB ATM card into the card slot.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to enter your Emirates ID details. This typically includes your Emirates ID number and possibly other information.
- Once you’ve entered all the required information, your Emirates ID will be updated in the ADCB bank system.
Emirates ID Guidelines for Uploading
When uploading your documents, follow these guidelines to ensure clarity and accuracy:
- Make sure all details on your document are clearly visible in the uploaded image.
- Crop and align your documents to display only the necessary information, removing any unnecessary elements.
