You’ll be presented with an ADCB Emirate ID Update Form to fill out.
Choose your customer ID or debit/credit card number.
Enter you CID number if your choose CID option.
Enter your registered cell phone number, the same one used to open your ADCB bank account.
Complete the security captcha.
Agree to the terms and conditions, then click “Submit.”
Expect a verification SMS on your registered cell phone number.
Enter the OTP code to verify your identity.
You’ll be prompted to choose which document you want to update, either your Emirates ID or passport. Opt for the Emirates ID option if that’s what you’re updating.
Provide your Emirates ID number and its expiry date.
